First know one thing “Change alone is permanent”  see nothing is permanent , everything is temporary and replaceable .

 The only irreplaceable things is “YOU, YOURSELF, YOUR SOUL , AND YOU ARE”. So don’t feel for the person who lost you. You are Gem .

If you are in a relationship, you thought your girl is the most prettiest girl in the world likewise after that you are cheated by your girl then you feel she is the most terrible person in the world, that’s it everything is temporary.

Relationship is cool until your partner cheat you

Once a wise man said “The Hottest love has the coldest End” famous words by Socrates .

How you rise after fall is defined you and it is the fucking comeback which you have given to the ones who cheat you.

What is healing trauma ?

Healing is word which best describes the hurt or wound will get rejuvenation is called healing. One who heals and do healing process known as healer.

 Likewise Healing trauma is nothing but a recovery stage of move on. For example , if you want move on from something or someone it may take some time to complete forget the hurt , that stage is called healing trauma, move on etc.

How to lead a healthy life ?

Mental Health is more important than physical health Because, Mental health is directly proportional to Physical health.

You glow different when you care about nothing. Always keep your mind cool and stay fresh. Mental health is defined by mental stress caused by headache, overthing etc. likewise, Physical stress is caused by body pressure, body pain, work load, irregular routine etc.

For girls Menstruation and irregular periods also causes mental stress and majorly affects physical health. To avoid irregular periods some of the common tips mentioned below :

·         Eat well

·         Avoid junkfoods

·         Stay hydrated

·         Drink 2.5 litres per day | approximately

·         Sleep well

·         Gently apply oil to the scalp regularly

·         Intake proteins

·         Increase immunity power

·         Eat Darkchocolates

Before we get conclusion about the topic I really want to tell you few things about life. No one knows about when we die , when our life ends.

 Life is very short, so always be happy. Life and time never won’t wait for anyone. You only live once. Whatever may happens remember that life has to move on. So always “love what you do” .

My opinion about is it healthy to put the rest of your life on hold while healing trauma is definitely wrong like as of I mentioned above the words are cent percent true and it reflects the reality.

We are all done a major mistake is overcare and get hurt and overfeel and struggle to move on. Being alone is better than surrounded by fake peoples.

Be  like solitude king. The solituder is the one who spends time alone, and love to live lonely . This is the very condition of existence.

 To become spring, means accepting the risk of winter. Like that To become presence, means accepting the risk of absence. You keep a lot to yourself because its difficult to find people/person who understand
